Bonnie Jo Howard, 70, of Broadalbin passed away peacefully on Wednesday, December 21, 2016 at St. Mary’s Hospital, Amsterdam surrounded by her loving family and friends. Born June 16, 1946 in Proctor, VT, she was the daughter of the late Jack J. and Theresa Champine Howard. Bonnie greatly enjoyed being a Lexington client and was very grateful for all the care and love she received over the years. She enjoyed shopping, any music from Elvis Presley, dancing but most of all loved spending time with her family and friends. Survivors include her brothers Calvin “Michael” Howard (Katherine) of Broadalbin, John “Earl” Gravelle (Betty) of Middle Granville, NY and Ronald “Richard” Gravelle (Diane) of Middle Granville, NY; sister Sandra L. Hoyt of Middle Granville, NY and Aunts Rebecca Gee of Georgia and Naomi Anderst (Bill) of Mayfield. Bonnie is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins. She is predeceased by her brother-in-law Ralph Hoyt. Calling hours to which relatives and friends are invited to attend will take place on Tuesday, December 27, 2016 from 2-6 P.M. at Jeffords & Stewart Funeral Home, 85 W. Main Street, Broadalbin. Burial at Evergreen Cemetery, Pittsford, VT will be held in the spring at a time to be announced. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Bonnie’s memory to the Lexington Foundation, 465 N. Perry Street, Johnstown, NY 12095.
